UniKKatil (Geburt Viktor Palokaj Namen, auch bekannt as Rebel aka UniKKatil , born in 1981 in Pristina - Kosovo) is a successful rapper and producer from Kosovo, who considered the rule and as the "King" (also self-appointed) of the Albanian hip-hop scene. He was one of the pioneers of the productive Rap Shqip (Albanian Rap) since 1994. UniKKatil has continued producing successful tunes while people living in the Bronx, New York and in Kosovo. UniKKatil rape in Albanian and English though his main focus is in the Albanian language. In the late 90s/early 21st Rap Shqip century was mostly based commercial brought to UniKKatil something fresh to the game, gangster rap. Gangster rap has it in one form or another in Albanian rap but it was never popular and never really grabbed the attention of a wider audience. The skillful delivery, witty rhymes with metaphorical UniKKatil changed the game and many rap artists have taken its direction so that the commercial party scene with soft, easy rhythmitic and back to the point of hip-hop. Although Victor has recently fame he has been around for quite a long time. He actually began recording songs like "Demokraci" (democracy) and "Ta Zhdukim Policinë" (Let's disappearance to the police) way back in 1992. At the age of just 12 he got his first professional song entitled "Zinxhirët Qe S'kputen" (chains, that do not break). Victor in the U.S. in 1996 because of trouble back home in Kosovo. There, in the Albanian populated Bronx, he got together with many other Kosovars and Albanians, and began producing music. In 1998 he, along with fellow Albanians, a joke-around freestyle and in the same year he founded is a song called "If I Die U Die" is considered by many to be the best "American style" rap song ever by an Albanian. For many people (Albanians) have competed against him that many competitors. Many people have a lot of influence on the songs he sings. Above all, Albanians from Kosovo. He received a lot of public attention in Europe & USA.

The brand new solo album UniKKatil on 17 December 2007 ' Kanuni i Katilit "hit stores, especially in Kosovo and other Albanian-populated areas. Several reviews have described it as UniKKatil the best work and one of the best rap albums of all time Albanian, which is extremely positive criticism. The album includes 14 tracks and has subsidiaries such as Presioni, NOS, Rameka, Barooti and many other members. One of the main changes on the album is pristine, (not to be confused with Andronika) the singer who sings the hook of two of the songs in the album. UniKKatil has featured her before, but as a child Role, and now the combination of her beautiful voice and the deep songs seem to have really touched many people of all age groups, we can not say about his former group projects, because the target group in the earlier versions was the younger audience. Sales in its home than 13,000 copies were in 3 days. Compared to superstardom musicians such as 50 Cent this may seem like small sales, but considering that in a country where the population is around 2 million people and the short time of 3 days this can be a great asset to UniKKatil .
