Gentiana Ismaili (December 4, born 1984) is an Albanian singer from Kosovo. Gentiana Ismaili became famous in Kosovo and other regions with Albanian-speaking population, with the song \\ "Kthehu \\" (Come Back), then Gentiana Ismaili sang in a TV show on RTK, Kosovo's main transmitter.
Just months after she was born, she and her parents in Chicago in the United States. At the age of 19, she returned to sing a song to Kosovo, called Dridhem. The song became an instant hit, which ignited Gentiana Ismaili music career. They soon moved in to Kosovo with the intention, nor good, and has participated in several music competitions, both in Albania and Kosovo. Gentiana Ismaili won a \\ "Kenga Magjike \\" in 2005 with the song \\ 'S \\' dua Tjet \\ "composed by Adrian Hila Albanian composers. She got 292 points. The pop group \\ Aurora \\ "was in second place, and Flori (a composer, songwriter, singer) was in third place with 269 points. First Genta \\ 's hit \\ "Kthehu \\" was. The video clip was in America and when they came to Kosovo was already known because it is a great singer. Gentiana Ismaili Milot pursue careers in Kosovo for three more years with her boyfriend. Gentiana Ismaili sings mostly commercial pop songs, similar to other Balkan pop. Lascivious stage movements with challenging clothes are a part of their image. Their closest competitors are Adelina Ismajli, Leonora Jakupi, Nora Istrefi. She is known for its energetic dances and catchy pop and hip-hop rythems.
you recently started singing in English, recording songs on her upcoming album and will be in 2008, its first all-English album. Many of these songs were leaked onto the Internet before the release of the album. The majority of the songs on the album were by Kara DioGuardi, a famous American songwriter who collaborated with different famous celebrity singer like Britney Spears and Kelly Clarkson. In her interviews, says Gentiana Ismaili she wants a famous singer, and in America she has worked with the famous composer and songwriter.
