a first attempt at definition:
For me, silence is once the absence of noise, but also "inner peace" is a kind of silence for me.
What kind of peace and quiet I know?
sleep
standstill, ie not non-movement / noise (eg machinery)
slowness (not rush or run)
calm and deliberation of practices
listening
Read
praying
silence
contemplation (focus on One)
Meditation (arriving in nothing)
Where can I find peace and quiet for me personally?
In an open church
in the reading room of a library
In the wild, especially in the forest
How do I get peace and quiet?
on the way from far out on the inside
much here and now to the whole of me.
The personal way: solve
silence as a result of a conscious intentional ritual
tension - let go of the attraction and centrifugal forces of everyday life and the environment.
Slow (time for something / someone)
turning one
(eg, viewing an image or listening is possible with appropriate music).
focus on something
surrender (silently praying or reciting texts)
conscious silence
feeling, feeling the inner being
experience intense silence and take the personal income in everyday life.
As a group:
silence as the target Community action and communicating
Chat with questions and answers in the exact minute
Every one should try his own tension, relax his involvement in life and settle.
Only One speaks (only loud, then more softly)
turning one of the one (listening)
